Tickets for Variety Concert from Thursday

If you are waiting to buy tickets for this year’s Variety Concert on Saturday 26th October, your wait is nearly over.  The Chudfest Box Office returns to Chudleigh Market from this week.  The market, which is located outside the Town Hall, is open from 8.30am to 1pm on Thursdays and from 9.30am to 1pm on Saturdays. If you can’t get to the market, phone Kate McCormick on 01626 854611 or email her on

You can find full details of the concert on posters around town or from this website.

Don’t miss out on this great Chudfest event featuring international singer Grace Ellington, comedian Tank Sherman and local performers including Gina Sherwood. There are just 100 tickets available at £10 each and this event is always very popular, so it is unlikely there will be any seats left for sale on the night. As the saying goes: buy now to avoid disappointment!

What Should We Do Next?

Although summer is barely over, the Chudfest Committee is already thinking about next July. Chudfest has been running for three years now and we are getting some great feedback from the people who come to the events. But we’ve also had some comments that it’s time to ‘ring the changes’.

While some of the events are growing in popularity and will automatically go back on next year’s programme, others are looking a little tired and samey; so we need to come up with some new ideas.

And that’s where YOU come in. Chudfest is all about social events run by and for the people of Chudleigh and their friends. What would you like to see on next year’s programme? If you’ve got a suggestion, no matter how wild it might seem, drop us a line on or leave a comment on this page – and we’ll see what we can do.
