Christmas Fayre Bookings

Booking Information

The late-night shopping/Christmas Fayre will take place this year on Thursday 6th December, with road closures between the War Memorial and Oldway from 6.00pm to 8.30pm. The Christmas Fayre will run from 5.00pm to 8.30pmand will be located in the Large Upstairs Hall, Woodway Room and School Room in the Town Hall, along with the Youth Centre. The latter will also be the location of Santa’s Grotto. Setup can be from 2.30pm onwards.

The deadline is getting information into the Christmas Fayre brochure is Thursday 18th October, so do make sure you get your booking in before then, in order to take advantage of the free publicity.


Tables will be charged at: £15 for a 6 table in the Upstairs Hall of the Town Hall, £8 for a 4’6″ table in either the Woodway Room or School Hall in the Town Hall, or the Youth Centre. Charity tables are £4 per table.

If you wish to book a table, please print and complete the form below as soon as possible, since spaces are limited. Bookings will generally be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, in order to ensure the widest possible range of goods on offer, we reserve the right to refuse applications where duplicate stalls have already been confirmed.

Public Liability Insurance

Stall holders need to be covered by public liability insurance. Please supply a copy of your own PLI, if held, when sending in your completed booking form.

Any traders who don’t have their own public liability insurance (i.e. those who are not professional traders or charity organisations) can sell at the event on behalf of Chudfest and will be covered by our own insurance policy for a small donation of 10% of your evening’s takings. This can either be given direct to us at the end of the evening in cash or paid by BACS direct to the Chudfest account (Account Number: 37007760, Sort Code: 30-84-67) before 12th December including your name/trading name as your payment reference.

Bookings will only be accepted upon receipt of the fee, the booking form and supporting documents where applicable.
